A comedian has released his 10 Commandments of Walmart, which will have you laughing out loud. Matt Mitchell has compiled a list of the most important things to know and follow when visiting the popular retailer. Watch the short but hysterical clip to hear Matts 10 Commandments of Walmart.
In life, we all have to do things we do not like. Its simply a fact, and an accepted part of this journey we call life. Children are allowed to protest, scream, throw a fit and yell about how much they dont want to do this or that. People will accept and even understand when a toddler throws a fit because they dont want to do something; that same tolerance level will not and should not be extended when youre an adult.
Regardless, there are still things we absolutely hate doing. Undoubtedly, shopping is one of the worst activities humans regularly engage in. There is no other way to describe it than mind-numbingly awful, and thats being gentle. Now, the situation becomes exponentially worse when the destination is Walmart. A clip posted on YouTube mentions the most important rules to follow during your next Walmart trip.
The first commandment Matt mentions concerns a symbol, and many people seem to have forgotten what it means. An arrow shouldnt need to be explained, but if youve been out to Walmart recently, you know it certainly does. People will go any direction they please.
Next, Matt mentions the one that gets on my nerves the most. Commandment No. 2, according to Matt, concerns returning your shopping cart. Again, why and how is this so difficult? You use something and you put it back. That doesnt seem like a tricky concept to grasp. Yet, that is one thing Walmart shoppers seem to have difficulty understanding.
His other commandments involve blocking the aisles, the proper use of the self-checkout and individuals taking advantage of Walmarts return policy.
If we could all follow these policies while shopping at Walmart and everywhere else, visiting retailers would be a much more pleasant experience for everyone. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

John Crist, while playing a megachurch pastor, has dreamed up a wild new revenue stream for his church. The funnyman announced his hilariously odd plan to bring even more money to his massive church. Watch the short but hysterical clip to hear John Crists megachurch pastor character talk about how he plans to enrich his church even more.
Comedy and comedians are necessary. Yes, they allow us to turn our brains off and escape our stresses and worries for a few hours. But there is more to it than just being purely for entertainment. Comedy and stand-up comedians point out the oddities and absurdities in life that we might often overlook.
The best jokes work because they have an element of truth, no matter how absurd or outlandish. Jokes grounded in even a tiny bit of reality are much better than those without any connection to our world and reality. In a clip posted on YouTube, John, as a megachurch pastor, announces that he has come up with a revolutionary new way of making his church even wealthier. Not only that, but his latest plan will make taking church attendance much easier.
In a hilarious skit that closely resembles a television news segment, John, as the pastor of Cornerstone Christian, says that his church will now begin selling personal seat licenses. He indicates that the move was necessary to pay for the updates to the churchs new sanctuary.
Obviously, with the renovations to this new sanctuary coming this fall, it costs money, he said. And I think this is really a great way to have an influx of cash into the congregation here. A lot of parents are stressed on Sunday morning, trying to make it to church. Are we going to have, you know, a seat on time? Is there going to be room for us? I think with a personal seat license, obviously, this is an affluent area of town. So, we thought, you know, as a church, why not take advantage of that revenue stream?
While John is poking fun at megachurches, you and I both know that some churches have probably seriously considered a similar idea.
Mark 11:17 And he taught, saying to them, Is it not written, my house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? But you have made it a den of thieves.
A husbands impression of his wife during back-to-school season is comedy gold. He does his best imitation of his better half as she shops for school supplies and clothes for their children. Watch this short but hysterical clip that will have you laughing from beginning to end.
The back-to-school season is a busy time for every parent. Every mom and dad wants the best for their children and to do everything they can to help them succeed. There is so much hope, promise and opportunity as children prepare to return to school for another year of learning. What parent doesnt want to see their child experience success and do the best they can? Youd be a bad parent if you didnt want this for your child.
However, while the back-to-school season is essential and preparation is crucial, its also a good idea to remember to slow down and breathe. In a clip posted on YouTube, a husband, while imitating his wife, frantically prepares for the new school year. The husband, as his wife, moves from one thing to another, often changing thoughts and subjects within the same sentence.
The clip begins with the man in the middle of a very empty aisle of school supplies, grabbing pencils and crayons and desperately asking their children, who are supposedly just off-screen, if he can buy these for them. This same process happens with several items. Of course, its the mother just trying to be helpful, but the children do not always appreciate her help.
Next, the man, again, imitating his wife, moves into back-to-school clothes. He picks up several pieces of clothing and mentions why their children need this and that item. Sadly, the mothers help is once again rejected.
While imitating your better half may not always be the best move and appreciated, his wife is heard laughing from behind the camera throughout the clip. I think its safe to say she approves of her husbands exaggerated imitation of her.
Job 8:21 The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.
John Crist hilariously nailed the clichs in Every Christian Music Video. The popular funnyman, with a ton of wit and even more humor, pointed out everything the scenes, camera movements and even the types of actors found in almost every Christian music video. Watch the short but hilarious clip to see John, with spot-on accuracy, mention and poke fun at all the clichs included in music videos from Christian music artists.
Stand-up comedy may not be everyones cup of tea. Everyone has their likes, dislikes, tastes and preferences. But comedians are valuable, much-needed members of society. Those men and women often point out absurdities in everyday life while using humor and comedic timing. Frequently, their hilarious observations come from situations or things weve encountered but have never stopped to think about and consider.
Comedy also allows us to make fun of ourselves. No one wants to be around someone who takes themselves too seriously and cant take a joke, and thats precisely what John did in a video posted on social media. John, who is a Christian, in the official music video for his song Every Christian Music Video, mentioned all the clichs youre likely to see in, well, Christian music videos, and hes 100 percent spot-on!
While singing, John points out how many Christian music videos choose to shoot the opening scenes, which often include a husband and wife fighting, in black and white. He then proceeds to sing what each does after their blowup she stares at a picture of the family, while the husband gazes outside at a dark, stormy scene.
Johns lyrics are absolutely hilarious!
Nobody knows what the fights about today
But it must be something serious
Theres lots of bills to pay
Johns song and video will have you doubled over with laughter because of how hysterically accurate his assessments are about nearly everything in Christian music videos and songs today.
